3 Bed house situated in the village of South Killingholme the house is located in post code dn40 3ex using www.multimap.com this can be seen clearly as the end left house of the block 4 houses with good views on to rural fields, the house is designated for refit by the new housing association that has taken over all the council housing in north Killingholme the whole of north links has been given a time table of five years
Rent £57pw
To the front of the house is an open grass area leading to road (this is due to be put as off road parking and garden by the refit) good quality fencing around the property of a height of 7ft giving good privacy and security
A guide to the house
Enter from door this leads to the downstairs lobby area based in a l shape to your left is the door to the front room directly in front is the stairs and to your left is the electric key meter and fuse box (modern trip switch style) and downstairs hardwired fire alarm and the rest of the lobby leading measurements are as follows 3’x3’ at door then 9’x10’to the kitchen this again is down for a refit size is 12’x11’ we currently have space for separate Large upright freezer and a fridge and also
Space for a 3ft chest freezer down one wall in the kitchen we currently have a
Unit removed to fit in oversized cooker (but the kitchen design has not been
Picked yet for the refit so you can design it of colour/tops/tiles and flooring
And cupboards
Of your choice leaving the kitchen via the second door leads to the small hallway measurements 3’x8’ that leads to the back door and downstairs WC
Measurements 4’x4’ from the hallway via a sliding door this leads you to dinning room measurements with good size window giving plenty of light 81/2’x7’this leads to through the square archway to the living room of a rectangle shape measurements 14’x11’ again good sized windows giving a good feel of size and light this leads back to the door by the front door at the top of the stairs you have the hallway measurements6’x6’ with access to the loft the hallway has 2 cupboards first being a good size airing cupboard and the second being the gas central heating boiler that is approx under 3yrs old
(Apparently one of the best boilers efficient that the council has ever installed as I was informed by the council housing officer) and in the to you left is bedroom number one measurements 8’15’ plus a 4’x3’ alcove this is a very good sized room in rectangle shape this is followed by the bathroom measurements 10’x5’
(Includes fittings) again set for refit as with kitchen design and colours can be chosen and this then leads to the box room 9ftx9ft with a built in cupboards and good view over the rear fields then this leads to the master bedroom measurements of 12’x11’ again good sized windows allowing plenty of light in the room has a built in cupboard
The rear garden is about 30’x40’ part of it going down the side of the house about 10’wide.
