| Hi, i have a new build 2 bedroom house in a quiet area in Livingston near Edinburgh and i will consider a homeswap to any NICE area in Britain. The house is under three years old and i am the first tenant, it has a driveway, a large back garden, a downstairs toilet, a spacious livingroom and kitchen, the bathroom has a shower and a bath. The house is in impeccable condition with laminate flooring and carpet throughout and i will not swap to anything to a lesser standard. The only thing that may be considered a problem is the fact that it's with the local housing association rather than the council. The house is situated near all amenities, there is a school and nursery just down the road and the shopping centre is five minutes away by bus. |
