I have a one bedrooom, top floor flat in Fitzrovia (London W1) with roof garden above. It is a Grade II listed Arts and Crafts building in a quiet street with a neighbourly and 'villagey' atmosphere. It is close to all amenities, including four tube stations, buses, shops and is close to Regents Park. I want t move to Wallingford, S. Oxon and would prefer a garden.
