I am looking for an exchange to Cornwall. I have a lovely large 4 bedroom terraced house in Basildon, Essex and I need to get to Devon as my son goes to college there as he is disabled so we do not get to see him very often.

I need a three, but would take a two bedroom so long as it has a diningroom or a large lounge were i could house my two pc's, I would also need a downstairs toilet, but for the right house would maybe take a house without a downstairs toilet.
