3 storey semi detached 4 bedrooms

my house is in Lawthorn Irvine, great area and neighbours are fab.
health reasons are my reasons for looking for move.

I have 4 bedrooms and its a 3 storey house.
Top of house consists of 4th bedroom with veloux windows, on landing there is walkin cupboard, then on small landing there is a large loft area that has been floored.
2nd floor has 3 bedrooms one has veloux window, and shower room which has been revamped.
Shower has been enlarged and floor and walls tiled.
ground floor has kitchen next to front door, not very big but still fits table and chairs.
Bathrom downstairs is due to be turned into wetroom due to my disabilities/health
Living room has large patio doors which look out to the masive back garden.
Garden is massive it goes from front round side and then big back garden.
at side of house there is large tin shead which has ample room for bikes, BBQ and other things.
I am looking for a 3 bedroom will consider 4 one room and bathroom needs to be on ground level.
I would like semi with garden front and back for children and dog, also as i enjoy sitting out in summer time.
Area's i would like are Lawthorn, Linkwood road area as they have bedroom and bathroom on ground level, also to minimise disruption on kids for school.

Hi would you consider Inverness, 3 bed (goo size) downstairs bathroom
