2 bed semi rural bungalow

Hi

I have a two bedroom bungalow in Leavenheath a small village on the outskirts of Colchester. It is an Essex address although we are across the Suffolk Border. We are about 8 miles from Colchester and the same from Sudbury.

One bedroom is large with a walk in wardrobe, the other is a single bedroom. It has a walk in shower room (no bath), an entrance hall, nice size kitchen and living room.

It also has parking for 2 cars directly outside. There is a reasonably sized rear garden with patio area and an outside shed/outhouse. It is an end terrace bungalow at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.

We are only looking for a three bedroom property with a garden. We like the area we are in and would like to stay within a 10 mile radius of Colchester.
