Hi,

I have a 3 bedroomed town house in Tonbridge, Kent.
I am looking to move to Southend in Essex, or surrounding areas. (Rochford, Westcliff,Southchurch, Leigh, etc).

My house benefits from its own back garden & is very close to all the local shops, schools & the main Tonbridge train station. It is also about 30 minutes drive from the Dartford tunnel.

I am ideally looking for a 3 bedroom property but a large 2 bed will suffice as i have 2 children, boy & a girl.

My rent is £105 a week approx & the council tax is £22 a week approx.
