Downsize 3 to 2 bed in Berkshire

We have a large 3 bed house in Langley Berkshire. Newly Laminated downstairs - all new carpeting upstairs. Bathroom newly tiled and kitchen fitted and decorated throughout. House is good size and garden is very big. We are in a row of 4 houses with an entrance to the side of the house for the back garden.

Weare looking to move to a 2 bed house or bungalow nearer to the south coast as my son has left home and this house is for a family. The area is very quiet and most have been bought.

Excellent schools including 2 Grammar Schools. Very sought after for the school catchment area. Only reason for moving is house is too large now and we would like a smaller property, which must be NON ESTATE Areas we are looking for are SUSSEX, HAMPSHIRE AND DORSET as we have family along south coast.

hi,
i have a 2 bed house in branksome, about 2 miles from the beach. i am actually looking to move to a 3 bed house in this area but wondered weather you would keep me in mind for a 3 way swap if a 3 bed house comes avaliable.
