Hi I have a 3 bedroomed end terraced council house in a cul de sac in Wigan, Lancashire, and wish to move to Peterborough, Leicester or Milton Keynes areas so I can be close but not on top of family within the area. As long as areas are near to shops I'm happy
Bathroom and Toilet are being done up by the council at some point
Kitchen has been refurbished, leading to a small back yard and to the front garden.
Two big bedrooms
One small bedroom
Heating cupboard on the landing
Lounge is 21ft long x 11.5ft wide

Small front Garden
It's about 5min walk to the bus stop and shops, there are 3/4 primary schools within walking distance. Several good High Schools within the area, you're able to get to Manchester, Liverpool etc easily via any mode of transport.
They are finishing off a Grand Arcade shopping centre in Wigan, and a great inside market in town. |
