I have a 3 bed house in cottenham a village just outside of cambridge and would like to move to be nearer my mum who lives in Appleby Magna near Tamworth. Would consider any area near Tamworth within 20/30 miles or so.
My house has laminate flooring throughout and ceramic tiled in bathroom and kitchen. Double galzed, central heating nice modern kitchen.
Nice village, quiet area near schools, shops and nice pubs walking distance!
garden front and back and parking at the rear for 2 cars. It's a nice house.
