Hi All
New to the site, I am with Guiness Trust, first floor 1 bed flat in panshanger, lovely flat with lift in block, and just had brand new kitchen and bathroom installed.
Shops and schools are very close, I am looking at an exchange to a 2/3 bedroom flat, pref house as we want to start a family but council are not supporting us and advise they wont give us anything until kids are here, however we want to be set up.
If anyone has a house and they want to downsize, this flat is lovely, weekly rent is £82 (this includes 2007 increase) the living room and bedroom are very good size and 2 large cupboards for storage, flat is behind communal doors with intercom and car park for cars.
I would love to hear from you if anyone interested, I am happy with most areas
