Very large Shocked 7 YES 7 LOL bedroom house semidetached house /housing association and has RTB status 5 min from the sea which has a separate dining room in paignton Devon beautiful coastal town very nice area the house has/ 2 bathrooms/ 2 toilets/ 3 large bedroom 4 mid size room the view from the back of the house is Country farm close by so you can see the cows and sheep from living room window
There is a big green at the front of the houses and a farm at the back of the house
With a nice size garden very nice built in kitchen ceramic floor tiles and in the dining room there is a bar made from pine with all working pumps - all ready for entertaining
Some of the rooms have laminated wood flooring (easy to keep clean) Gas central heating radiators in every room double glazed throughout and comes with working burglar alarm with PIR sensors to stop the cows & sheep from getting in and there is has a lovely chrome electric fire with a surround. Neighbors’ are really friendly, area clean The property is close to shops NURSERY AND PRIMARY SCHOOL JUST AND SHOPS AROUND THE CORNER we are about 5 min a way from main stream senior schools 10 min to sea front and town <<<<<<<walking >>>>> by car 5 min there are loads of open spaces to take the kids/dog for a walk and

bed3= 10 x 11ft
bed4= 14.5 x 11.5ft
bed5= 13 x 17ft
bed6= 18 x 14ft
bed7= 8 x 14ft
Front room 22ft x 28ft
kitchen 8ft x 14ft waste for washing machine and dishwasher,
Dining room 13.5 ft x 21ft
1ST bathroom 7.5ft x 8ft
2ND bathroom 7ft x 5.5 ft
1 of the bedrooms and the hallway are in need of decorating but it’s not bad
The house is too big for me now. My kids have all grow up and move on so. I need to down size I not looking for a shed plz don’t waste my time with 2 bedrooms
If you are interested in this house please get in touch I am looking for exchange to a 4 Bedroom house or a really large 3 bedroom with dining room no flats ///has to have a nice size garden and parking for my car (I like to stay in the Devon) but I guess if the right house came up I have a good think about it here is some pic i Will be taking more soon

hi there,appreciate you probably would not be interested in my house,but if it came to it wondering if you may consider a 3 way exchange if one came up,we have a lovely 3 bed semi-detached house in a beautiful village in chickerell weymouth dorset,(unfortunetly)no seperate dining room,2x double beds 1x single(but has plenty of room for bunk beds) upstairs bathroom with brand new mira electric shower, large lounge diner,medium kitchen,downstairs loo,fully enclosed good sized back garden,leading to 2 car drive,front of house facing out onto wonderful woodlands. We are close to schools,shops,doctors,regular bus service into weymouth town centre,and of course the stunning weymouth beach,on the other side of us we are a 15 minute walk from being on the jurassic coast if you want to contact me plz feel free to do so on bckycornish@yahoo.co.uk

hi Ihave a lovelly four bedroomed house in Yealmpton which is ten minutes from the beach and ten minutes the other way into plymouth centre the house backs onto kitley woods and is a very quiet area and very rural there is a nice back garden and parking for two cars i have four children and am about to start an fda in art so would love to have a computer study room and studio ti work from hope you may be interested.

I have a very large 3 bed house, not in Devon, But in a little villiage called Claverham in North Somerset 12 miles From Bristol and 11 miles from Weston super Mare...

Very Happy hi i don't know if you got any off my emails so i will tell you again the house and col de sac are only 2 years old small garden in front with lighiting carport for 2 cars. nice hall way then there is a walkin shower and toilet then the through floor lift to upstairs then down stairs bedroom (double) then the stairs up stairs then a very big kitchen with built in hob and oven and breakfast bar. backdoor to large garden with patio and pergola 2 sheds all fenced in with lighting. then good sized livingroom. up stairs 3 bedrooms (2 double 1 single ) bathroom and walk inj cupboard there are telly and phone points in all rooms and passages. drs,hospital,all level schools,shops,town centre,big park,river ,morrisons ,netto,poundstretchers are all 5 to 10 mins walk in all directions. this is not an housing estate our sac is at the back then there are new private houses and flats over and down the road people come in our street to either visit,deliver or live there are no cut throughs at all very quiet area.we would love your house it is ideal for myself and my family my husband uses land for his pets 2 ferrets and a gun dog then i have 4 kids and me the fresh air is what the doctor ordered it realy is my dream home i hope and fingers crossed you would be interested in our house i look forward to hearing from you many thanks theresa,iand and family.
