We have a large 3 bed house in Langley. Newly Laminated downstairs - all new carpeting upstairs. Bathroom newly tiled and kitchen fitted and decorated throughout. House is good size and garden is very big. We are in a row of 4 houses with an entrance to the side of the house for the back garden.
Weare looking to move to a 2 bed house or bungalow as my son has left home and this house is for a family. The area is very quiet and most have been bought.
MUST BE A 2 BED HOUSE OR BUNGALOW (NO FLATS PLEASE) AS WE HAVE 2 DOGS
Excellent schools including 2 Grammar Schools. Very sought after for the school catchment area. Only reason for moving is house is too large now and we would like a smaller property, which must be NON ESTATE Areas
