I HAVE A SMALL ONE BEDROOM FLAT IN WEST LONDON ON THE CORNER OF PORTOBELLA MARKET.
MY FLAT IS ON THE SECOND FLOOR IN A VICTORIAN HOUSE. HIGH CEILINGS AND LARGE LIVINGROOM AND BEDROOM. STANDARD KITCHEN AND BATHROOM. INTERCOM ACCESS ETC. (no estates)
HOUSING TRUST WITH THE RENT AT £82.00 PER WEEK.
VIBRANT AREA WITH EVERYTHING IN WALKING DISTANCE FROM SHOPS, RESTAURANTS, SCHOOLS, SUPERMARKETS, DOCTORS, MARKET ETC.
BEEN HERE FOR OVER 15 YEARS AND NEED A CHANGE.
LOOKING FOR A 1 + PROPERTY IN THE BOROUGH OF KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA. OPEN TO ALL OFFERS!

Hi Boo,
2 questions;
Which Housing trust?
Are you the top flat (and do you have sole access to the roof)
FYI, I also have a ground/bel etage floor conversion flat just off portbello right near the HSBC bank.
It has high ceilings, huge bay windows with wooden shutters. |

Your place sounds nice...................do you have access to a garden???
My neighbour has full access to the roof. However she does let me go up there to move my satalite dish!!!!!!!

Thanks for getting back to me Boo.
I dont have access to a garden, the flat is situated on the bel etage of the building, however I am in front of a community park.
I was however looking to swap with someone who has direct access to the roof, so I do not think your property will be a right fit for me |
