I have a 3 bedroomed town house in a small little close of 12 houses, property is owned by Horizon h/a , property is 4 years old, the neighbours are great here, couldnt ask for better ones, everyone gets along as close is so small, of the hustle and bustle of the main roads
Very close to shops, schools, leisure centre, post office everything really only 3 miles from croydon town centre

House has Front and rear garden Both been nicely done only maintenance left
I have a front drive, gas central heating throughout, Double glazing throughout.

Groundfloor, hallway, which leads to a hall cupboard, toilet, kitchen fitted kicthen lots of cupboard space, and front roomm leading to garden, all of downstairs has been laminated.

First floor, master bedroom, airing cupboard, bathroom and toilet and 2nd bedroom, all this floor is laminated also except all the stairs and landings.
Stairs and landing have been laid with thick weaved carpet cream colour with beigey bits in it

Secondfloor, top bedroom

Everyroom has been decorated nicely with mostly neutral colours, and laminated, i will be getting photos of my property soon, and updating later with size of rooms

OPEN TO OFFERS HEADING OUT OF LONDON
(But easy to get to london for work)
A property of 3 bedrooms, decoration dont matter, but a garden is a must thanks

Would you consider maidstone, i have 3 bedroom semi detached house in a nice area, none estate.
