3 bed house south killingholme ,north lincs we are looking to move to milton keynes or surrounding areas
hi there our house is a 3 bed end terrace set in a close,the house has gas central heating,down stairs is lounge good size and dining room,lobby area ,kitchen good size and wc upstairs has 2 good sized double bedrooms and a single room ,the single and master have a built in cupboards with upstairs bathroomwith open front garden and good sized rear and side garden which looks out on to farmers fields the village is rural with immingham only 3 miles away 5mins by car ,
south killingholme is a small village with a village school ages from 3and a half up to eleven a good school with only a small amount of pupils giving good education.
North lincs council homes have been taken over by a housing assocition and this has ment that all houses with in a 5 yr programme will recive new bathrooms,kitchens hard standing off road parking ,double glazing doors and windows and fenced of private front gardens for each house
