We have...
A 2 bedroom town house in Beckton approx 15 years old. The house has a good size kitchen, living room and 2 double sized bedrooms. We also have a drive and a 35ft garden. Right next door to a park so excellent for those with children or animals. Nearest tube station is Royal Albert on the DLR. Close to 4 primary schools (one Roman Catholic) and 2 senior schools. We have great neighbours, but need to move as we have a new baby and need the extra space.
Looking for...
A 3 bedroom property in the East London area, preferably areas such as Forest Gate, Plaistow, Leyton, Leytonstone, Wanstead or Stratford. Although other areas would be considered. Property must come with a garden, CH, good parking facilites and close to transport links, ideally to the city and canary wharf.
