Looking for an exchange from Fort William to the Isle of Lewis. 
We have a 3/4 bedroom property,with kitchen,dining room,living room,bathroom,3 bedrooms and a boxroom/bedroom.
The house itself is owned by Lochaber Housing Association.The houses up here are somewhat unique as they are upside down.The living room,Kitchen and dining rooms are all upstairs.(This is so that you can take advantage of the lovely views from the windows.)
The house all electric and is fitted with a card meter.
It is close to the corner shop and the local shops are 10 minutes walk away. (Tescos, Morrisons, MacKays, Semichem, Boots, Woolies, etc).There is also a regular bus service to town.
There are 3 Primary Schools in the area, one of which is the catchment school and the other 2 take children if they have room. (You need to write to the Education Dep’t for this).
There is one high school Lochaber High (1st year through to 6th), this takes in children from all over Lochaber.
All children can get the bus to school. (If you are at primary they are all within walking distance).
We are looking for 3/4 bedroom property in Lewis.Will consider a multi swap. |
