I have a 3/4 bed Town house in CR4 Surrey situated in a small 10 house courtyard. Very quiet considering how close it is to the town centre.

Wanted 3beds must have a separate diner to use as 4th bedroom or 4+ bedroom house (non Estate, would like street property, small close or courtyards) in the following area's

Fulham (1st choice).
Putney (2nd choice).
Earls court (3rd choice). Parsons Green (4th choice)
Wandsworth (5th choice).
Earlsfield (6th choice
Wimbledon (7th choice).
Hammersmith (fulham side of flyover).Must have garden, any size.

MY AREA
Friendly area, lots of shops to browse around and a week day market (Mon - Fri) Stalls alternate on a daily basis, selling everything from clothes to household goods and food. Local shops and transport links are extremely good,

MORE ABOUT MY AREA

Local shop (selling food, wine and spirits and household goods)literally 10 seconds away is open all year round incl Xmas day until 11pm. Somerfields, Iceland, Peacocks, Greggs bakery, Farmfoods, Boots chemist, superdrugs a minute away. Lidls, Netto, Blockbusters video store Post Office (across the road. Butchers, greengrocers (many to choose from) other shops a minute away, Kentucy fried chicken, McDonalds, cafe's, Pizza, chinese & Indian resturants 1 minute away cash points galore, so getting cash out is never a problem many of the highstreet banks on my doorstep. Chemist, hairdressers, 2 fitness centres's, Fitness 1st and Cannons a fews minutes walk.

SCHOOLS

Many local primary schools, St Thomas of Canterbury (with good nursey 6months upwards called Cherubs at St Thomas'), They mainly serve the school and collect younger children from their class and look after them until 6pm, they offer wrap-around-care to fit in with your childs school day, breakfast club 8-9am, afterschool till 3.20- 6pm and holiday club 8am - 6 pm. Nursey and reception is a purpose built school with excellent facillities. 2-3 mins away.

St Marks 2-3 minutes walk. St Peter and St Pauls, Hazlemere, Liberty and a few more primary, 3- 11 year old. plus Secondary schools also closeby. 10 mins bus ride to Merton College, about same to South Thames College in Tooting.

SURROUNDING AREA

A local pond with ducks 1-2 mins away, lots of greenery, parks, swimming pool, common area's, handy for dog owners, a small nature reserve closeby.

Less than 5 mins in car to Tooting train station. 5 mins in car to tram stations, 10mins walk both ways. Short drive 5 mins to major stores, Asda, very large newly refurbished Sainsbury's, Sports shops, Next, Argos, TKMAX, ect...

Croydon 10-15 mins away with 2 lovely new large shopping centre's. Wimbledon also 10 mins away by car with a shopping centre, cinema ect.

Every area mentioned served by well established bus and tram links. There is everything you could want in close proximity yet the courtyard still remains quiet, not many people realise there are houses hers. You access the courtyard through a small drive in between the shops. Friendly neighbours, non imposing.
