Dear Sir/Madam,
I have recently seen your details on the above website and I looking to swap my 1 bedroom flat to another 1 bedroom property, I currently live in London/Hampton near Hampton Court Palace) in a really nice area, close to all public transport and local shops. Its a large 1 bedroom property and the rent is very cheap considering London prices. In total with council tax it comes to under £400. The flat has only 2 floors and I am on the 1st.I am wanting to move to Hertfordshire as I work in St Albans and I would really like a change, the flat is ideal for a couple of single occupancy. I found it great living here as I could easierly travel to London to work in the mornings, and I was able to save so much as it was so cheap to afford plus London salaries are quiet good, so its great if you fancy a change?
If your interested please let me know and I would be happy to provide further information, I am looking to move as soon as possible. 07510720808 |
