3bed wanted in midwales will con 2 bed must be council ASAP

We are now living in a very nice 2 bed room house both of the rooms are doubles and there is allot of storage space and a nice sized enclosed yard. We are living in caersws by spar not in the big estate have two private parking spaces close to docters and local shops.

we are looking for a 3 bed or more house in the area no further than 35miles outside newtown in any direction.
Must be a council house

The house is oak framed so nice and warm in the winter we have lived here for 4 years and never needed the heaters on.Midwales housing are very quick to responed to maitenance probs most cases same day.
There is a nice primary school in walking distance and secondry school buses for older children.
We are one of six houses ours being semi detached and all the neighbours are very nice and easy to get on with.
Animals are allowed up to two dogs and i think 5 cats.
We have had sky made available in two rooms upstairs and down and also within the last month painted the whole house through out in neutral colours.

I can't stress enough this is a very big 2 bed room house with separate toilet and bathroom.
Transport in the village includeds train bus and taxi.
There is also a community centre that hold various events sutch as dancing, bingo, playgroup

hi we have a three bedroomed town in trehafren on the bottom of the estate just off the llandidloes road but not one of the front houses,we have shower over the bath ,loft boarded out downstairs toilet living room,kitchen and seperate dining room ,small front garden ,large back garden with off road parking and large metal shed ,the kitchen is 4 years old ,new doors the year before last and new heating system last year,we are a detached house if you need any more information please contact Foxymorse2@hotmail.co.uk
