3 BED COUNCIL HOUSE IN SORT AFTER AREA OF HARLOW ESSEX

Hi

l have a 3 bed council house in the sort after area of Harlow Essex and l need to exchange for same or bungalow adapted or not as l need to get closer to my disabled son who now lives near Salisbury.

My lounge is 19ftx10ft with yorkstone fireplace. med fitted kitchen which l put in. very large hall. average size bed rooms l'd say, 2 with tv and phone connections 1 with broadband. bathroom and toilet combined with power shower and tiled floor to ceiling.

med garden with allotments and woods at back so not overlooked.

l live on the edge of town and just across the road is a village called Eastwick. Lovely country walks along the River Stort leading to a marina where long boats are moored and not forgetting the pub

l am only 10-15 mins walk to all amenities sec school , town centre hospital , etc so you can see you have the best of both worlds . 5 mins walk to little school and small group of shops
15 mins walk to train station which takes you straight to London.
