Hi, I am looking for a one bed house or flat in London as part of a multiway swap to get to Manchester.

I have a gorgeous 1 bed semi-detached bungalow in Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis, HS1 2JG. Newly decorated in neutral colours, with rustic pine laminate flooring. It has a walled garden, 2 minutes walk from town centre, 5 minutes walk to two supermarkets & beautiful woodlands. Fantastic bus service.

Easy access to many incredible beaches, open moorland, hills, mountains, amazing wildlife - otters, red deer, golden eagles, whales, dolphins, and so much more. Callanish is so much more impressive than Stonehenge. Incredible prehistoric sites and sights, including many stone circles, monoliths, beehive huts, etc. The whole place is steeped in fascinating history and folklore.

Huge music scene with various festivals, including the Hebridean Celtic Festival and, of course, the Mod. Some of the best surf in the world is here, from more directions too. Excellent diving opportunities, sea kayaking and other watersports. Hiking, climbing, anything you want outdoors you can do here, or not far away. Brand new state of the arts centre & cinema, sports centre.

Massive variety of activities indoor and out. There really is something for everyone.

We have a 1 bed flat on first floor of small block of 3 floors in Chelsea. Bedroom, Lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom, hall. New bath and shower, wooden floors, good security, plenty of cupboard space. On Kings Road with communal gardens, good local amenities, bus routes and near river.
