I have a 4 bed semi-det corner house blackheath se3 , i have front & back gardens both realy good sizes.driveway for 1 car but you can extend it.large frontroom / diner with patio doors leading out onto back garden.ive not long put in a new B&Q kitchen with stone wall & floor tiles.theres laminate floor everywhere else. downstairs toilet & upstairs bathroom/toilet..
im in a no through rd & its a realy quiet area /rd.
within walking distance of schools

looking for any area in & around KENT OR EAST SUSSEX /SURREYie; west/east malling / tonbridge /tunbridge wells /rye /winchelsea /romney /dymnchurch/biggin hill/ oxted/ westerham /otford BUT ANYWHERE IN ENGLAND CONSIDERED
PLEASE NOTE; iam not concerned over your decor or the state of your garden or if you have a driveway all im interested in is your room sizes & area as it has to be suitable for my girls 4 college |
