2 bed house ashton-under-lyne

i am looking for a 3 bedroom house in stalybridge or ashton preferably but will consider other areas.

i have a 2 bed semi in the hurst area of ashton (postcode OL6 8DR). house consists of entrance hall, living room and kitchen/diner. upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, both of which have a storage cupboard built in and a bathroom with new bathroom suite and shower fitted by landlord in october. we had a new central heating system and combi boiler installed in august, again by our landlord, which replaced the old storage heaters we had and we also had an electric fire with surround fitted. there are gardens to front and rear, back garden is quite big with a patio area.

we are just 10 mins from ashton town centre and 20 minutes from oldham town centre by bus, close to local schools and there is a small co-op supermarket just a few minutes walk away. we have lovely neighbours and the street is a quiet street with quite a few privately owned properties. my reasons for moving is we have become overcrowded since the birth of my third son 10 months ago and now need a bigger house.
