As part of a 3 way swap... House offered is a purpose built 3bed house for disabled person, house under a 1yr old, has downstairs shower/wc, stair lift, 3 bedrooms, all large rooms.
In a quiet area of canton, Cardiff. only 3 houses in culdisac and 1 block of flats. Housing assoc house.
Looking for a 4 bedroomed disabled property in the south wales valleys, although other areas considered.
House can be a 3 bedroom with spare room downstairs to turn into a bedroom, in this case must also have a downstairs bath.
If four bed upstairs must have a stair lift.
