We have a lovely 3 bedroomed end of terraced Soton city council house with the RTB, with large gardens.
Lots of room for a driveway and surrounded by 6ft fences. There is plenty of room to the side of the house to build a large extension. Lots of potential.

There are two patios in the garden , one outside the back door and a small round one at the end of the garden which catches the sun all day and eve in the summer. We also have two sheds and a greenhouse which can be left. There is an apple tree, a cherry tree and lots of well established plants and shrubs in the garden. The rent here is fairly cheap and we have the right to buy. The road where we live is a no through road so there is very little traffic and fairly safe for children.
We are close to bus routes, Shops, Doctors Surgery and Schools.
We are looking to move to another 3 bed but out of southampton more - Eastleigh, Netley, Hamble, Lowford, Hedge end, West end, Burseldon, (no estates please) We may also consider a 2 bed providing it is large enough and in the right location.
We are happy to consider a 3 way swap as long as the property is right. |
