3 bed house in Westcliff, Essex

Hi there!! Very Happy

I have a 3 bedroomed house in Westcliff on sea in Essex, near to all local amenities, including buses, fitness centre, post office, schools and you really aren't lacking anything in this area. I also have nice neighbours which is a bonus.

The front door leads into a wide, spacious, light and airy hallway which is where we have our computer set up with plenty of shelving and lots of under stairs storage space. This leads to a small utlity area which leads out to the back garden which houses a workshop, a shed,and a greenhouse. There is a patio area as well as a grassed area with space to build a conservatory if wanted.

The hallway also leads to a large living room with a bay window and a dining room. The dining room leads through to the kitchen and these two rooms have expensive marbled fooring. The kitchen has non-council units.

The stairs lead from the hallway to the landing where there are three bedrooms, a toilet and a separate bathroom.

The main double bedroom has a bay window and a walk in wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom is a double and the 3rd is a single.

The house is nicely decorated and visitors or workmen do not believe it is a council house!! We want to move closer to Rayleigh which is where our daughter goes to school but would also consider Hullbridge, Hockley, Hadleigh, Thundersley, Benfleet, Eastwood, Leigh on sea, Wickford, or most areas that aren't too far away if the property is right Razz
