I have a large 3 bedroom house,
2 double rooms
1 single,
seperate dining room, Recently decorated
large living room, recently decorated with laminate flooring
fair sized kitchen, freshly plastered
Bathroom with fitted shower
Downstairs toilet
small back garden and larger front garden

Very close to primary school and a short walk to secondary. Close to the town centre.

Postcode ss14 1nr

We would ideally like to stay in basildon, but we would also consider places in suffolk and north essex. We need a 3/4 bedroom house. Decoration not important.

No craylands please.
