Exchange 1 bedroom Ground Floor Flat Alvaston Derby - Sheltered housing - suit over 60s or disabled. Nice position, new carpets, newly decorated cosy and light
Close to shops, buses , doctors.

Exchange for 2 bedroom house Spondon , Chaddesden, other areas considered too.

Wanting to be nearer to family.
