Hi all
I have a 3bed on an est and the council is croydon.
I have 2 med-size bedrooms and a small box room ( even though u can fit a single bed in with wardrobe and chest of draws)
I have g/c/h and d/g and the garden is on the med-size 2 ( its managerable) The lounge is quite on the big side but not that big and well the kitchen wot do i say its quite unique and it has a utility room added to kitchen for the big stuff like Freezer, tumble drier. fridge. the kitchen has enough room for a small dining room table . The lounge is big enough room for 2 sofas and it can also be used as a small dining room.
The schools, doctors, shops and bus service are within 2mins walk from the house and its not very far to secondary schools about 15-20mins walk.
I would like a 3bed in the Hastings/Bexhill-on-sea/ Eastbourne ( EAST SUSSEX) , it does not matter where the house is or wot state its in , even though ppl have their own taste in decor .
Im pretty desperate at the mo as well .

I am still looking and im really desperate at the mo , only serious movers need 2 apply due to being let down on a number of occasions
