This is a 4 bed council house in lower Ely Cardiff. It has an adapted bathroom downstairs for a disabled person and a wide front door for wheelchair access. It has 3 bedrooms upstairs, bathroom and seperate toilet. Living room, reception room which we use as the 4th bedroom. Large drive enough for two cars and nice sized enclosed rear garden.
I am looking for a 4 bedroom adapted house or bungalow for disabled, or a 3 bedroom house with a downstairs bathroom and a reception room downstairs to use as a bedroom.
I am looking for a swap in Rhondda Cynon Taff or surrounding areas to be near family.  |

This is a 4 bed council house in Lower Ely Cardiff, South Wales. Most houses are private in the street. Close to shops, schools etc
It is an adapted property for a disabled person.
It has 3 bedrooms upstairs bathroom and seperate toilet.
Nice sized adapted bathroom downstairs with hoist. Wide front double glazed door for wheelchair access.
Living room, reception room which is currently being used as 4th bedroom. Large enclosed drive enough for two cars and nice sized enclosed rear garden.
Laminate floor 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and hall way.
New fitted kitchen in November 06
I am looking for an adapted house or bungalow for disabled, 4 bedrooms one of these bedrooms must be on ground floor, also a ground floor bathroom needed. If not have four bedrooms upstairs with stair lift. I am looking for a swap in Rhondda Cynon Taff/ Caerphilly/ Valleys or surrounding areas considered to be near family.  |
