to complete a solid multiswap ...reward if someone will became final link...

needed: 2/3 bed house/bungalow but must have parking for 2cars outside

offered:a lovely little cosy 2 bedroom housing association house on st ledger court in great linford,milton keynes.
front door opens into lounge,which due to being slanted roofed,has high ceilings (around 17ft)which makes it feel open,as well as being modern,has bay windows and windows above the front door for extra light.off the lounge at the rear of room is the kitchen which is around 8ft sq,which has only recently had new cabinets.the single bedroom is also off the rear of lounge, ample size for a single bed and wardrobe,being around 8ft by 8 1/2ft.this has a large cupboard which can be used as a wardrobe or shelving.
stairs are off to the left as walk into lounge,which leads upto the bathroom,which was also newly fitted,and tiled.bathroom is around 6ft by 6 1/2ft.along the small landing,past the bathroom is the main bedroom which is around 10ft by 9 1/2ft.in the main bedroom there is also a large cupboard,which houses the boiler but leaves plenty of space for shelving.on the wall of the bedroom,the is a small banister which over looks into the lounge and also allows extra light into the room.this is rare on propeties and ensures the house feels light and open.
there is a fenced private front garden around 15ft by 20 ft, which is situated between the house and own car space/drive. house is a 1minute walk from a co-op,hairdressers,freezer food shop as well as takeaways.a primary school is across the road to side of properties.very nice private street with nice neighbours,no noise and no trouble.

LONDON large one or 2 bed gf or with lift

or

3 bed or decent 2,house or bungalow,in WORCESTERSHIRE preferably malvern or pershore but consider others with in 30 miles..

THERE MUST BE SOMEONE OUT THERE!!
