3 Bed semi, tidy decor, 2 double, 1 single bed, bathroom & shower above bath, large lounge, large private rear garden patio area, two sheds plus outhouse with wc parking at front for up to 3 cars double glazed central heating situated on quiet lane, two local pubs, church, post office, local primary school. 20 mins to leicester city center by car, 5 minutes to train station in next village. bus serice hourly at end of road. open countryside surrounding, brook through village at bottom of road.
Looking for a similar property must have at least 3 bed and large-ish garden
