Hi all,
I have a 3 bedroom mid terrace house in Top Valley (NG5 9AG).
I am looking for a 2 (or 3) bed house preferrably in Colwick, Carlton, Carlton Hill, Gedling or those general areas (pretty much the NG4 areas as I have family there). I will consider other areas as well, but those are my preferred places.
My current house has a kitchen/diner (nicely decorated), large lounge, 2 double bedrooms, 1 smaller bedroom (big enough for a couple of single beds though), upstairs bathroom + toilet, additional downstairs toilet, several storage cupboards, mid sized rear garden, small front garden. Parking is in front of the house (enough space for about 2-3 cars) though is considered off road.
Close to local schools (junior, infants, nursery about 2 mins walk, senior school about 5 mins), several local shops including a Tesco Extra (24hr), and lots of local amenities (swimming baths, sports centre, doctors) and regular bus routes.
I'm looking for a 2 bedroom house (preferrably with 2 double bedrooms as 2 adults will be in them) in the areas stated above, and it must have a garden of some sort as I have a small dog. Mainly looking to downgrade as neither of us have kids (or are planning on it), but will consider 3 bedroom houses.

Bit too far out for me, needs to be nearer Beeston town centre.
However I did spot someone looking for that area who has a 3 bedroom house in bestwood (Southglade road). If you want the details for contacting them I can pass them on to you? |
