Midlands to Bangor Gwynedd area

we have a nice 3 bedroom house based in Robin Hood Country, Sherwood Forest is 5 minutes drive away, the Schools from nursery to high School are all in 1 complex 5 minutes walk away from the house, also lots of fields and open land to walk dogs etc, the house has downstair toilet as well as upstairs bathroom with toilet, lots of cupboard space for putting all that unwanted rubbish lol. council did extentions on the front garden 2 years ago, so have a nice easy to manage grassed garden with 2 trees , have brick walls front and back with wrought iron railings, downstairs have living room, dining room, toilet room and kitchen, upstairs there is 3 bedrooms 1 large 1 medium and 1 small, bathroom with toilet , bath and shower fitted. had a new combi boiler just fitted so cheaper to heat now, also had double glazing fitted 6 months ago. nicely decorated all thru the house.
the area we want is North Wales in and around the (Gwynedd/ Bangor area), my partner is from Bethesda, and is feeling home sick lol, he has children and his family there and we have decided we want to move to the area to start a new life, i have family in North Wales as well so it seems the right choice to make. We are looking for a minimum of 3 bedroom house with gardens so all the children have somewhere to be safe so not on the road, house needs to have double glazing and central heating, also a drive to put the people carrier on. If possible close to schools etc or short drive away.
