We are looking for an exchange from a 2 bedroomed house in Lilac way,Winklebury,Basingstoke to a 3 bedroomed house in the town centre area of Basingstoke. It has large back garden with patio and barbarcue area, newly decorated large kitchen/diner, large living room and upstairs has two large bedrooms and bathroom, 5 minutes walk to local school and 10 minutes walk to shops and supermarket.
