Desperately need a 2bed property in Littlehampton, Bognor Regis or Havant as part of a multi swap.
I have a 2 bed HA flat in Headingley. Only 12 flats in the block. My flat is 2 bed with GCH. New boiler & radiators fitted 12 months ago. Flat is double glazed & in a cul de sac. Communal garden & off street parking. Summer BBQ's & nice neighbours. Close to local shops, supermarkets & transport into the city which is approx 15 mins away. Lots of bars & restaurants locally.
Room sizes:
Living room - 14 1/2ft X 11 ft
Kitchen - 11ft x 7ft
Bed 1 - 10ft X 11ft
Bed 2 - 10ft X 8ft.
