| i live in a semi-detached house on the outskirts of wells,somerset.i have been the only tennant since the house was built 8yrs ago. the house is built in stone and has an enclosed rear garden with a 8ft stone wall running down 1 side.the garden is lawned and of a decent size. the house inside is very modern and newly decorated throughout in pale neutral colours.there are 2 good sized rooms with built in wardrobes/cupboards.there is a family bathroom/toilet. Downstairs the lounge is a good size ,i currently have a large 2+3 seater sofa in there plus units, or you could use 1 end as a dining area .the kitchen has modern units and plumbing for washing machine +dishwasher.Ihave a table and chairs in there as well, this leads onto the brick sheds which are just outside. there is a small garden at the front and a driveway for 2 cars. my house is not overlooked at the back and is situated at the beginning of a small estate. there is a daily bus route which stopps at the end of the road. town/shops/doctors/schools are all within 5-10 mins walking distance away. tThe reason for moving is because i miss my family who live in TAUNTON and as i would like to return to work could do with the free childcare from my mum! Also ideally i could do with a 3bedroomed house in or around TAUNTON as i have a girl and boy who need their own rooms.Any house/area considered thanks for reading this.i can be contacted by pm or onTEL: 07772048165 |
