Perhaps you have a spare room or just want or need a smaller property because you live alone? Maybe your kids have grown up and you are struggling with the upkeep or feeling lost in a house? Maybe you do not need as much room? or maybe your a young couple looking to commute into town or want to be nearer social activities and are just too far out??? For all scenarios this flat and location is perfect...
I have a 2 bedroom (one double (with fitted wardrobes) + one single room) flat with new bathroom and wooden flooring. It is a lovely property set back from the road in a small friendly private mews in Twickenham, there are communal gardens which are cared for by one of our residents and private parking, with plenty of space and no restrictions to residents.
The property is looked after by Thames Valley Housing Partnership and 80% of the flat’s are private (in total there are only 27 flats). There are excellent recycling facilities and the flat comes with it’s own shed, which is great!
The flat is situated in Twickenham High Street; which is central for Richmond, Kingston, Hampton, Teddington, Hounslow and Whitton. The property is a 2 minute walk to Twickenham Riverside, Ragnor Gardens, shops, colleges, pubs, with some of the best school’s in the borough.
Only 3 minutes to Twickenham Train Station, with only a 15 minute train ride to Waterloo.
I have been very happy here in Twickenham but I would like a 2/3 bedroom property, Hampton Hill / Hampton would be ideal as I would like to start a family and would require for this a little more space and maybe a small garden? The right to buy would be a perfect addition, but not essential.
I’m hoping to find a suitable swap within the next few months, so that I can start a new life by xmas.
Please email me with photos and details of your property or call to arrange a viewing..
No time wasters PLEASE!
