3 bedrom council house wanted hartcliffe area bs13

We have a lovely 2 year old 3 bed house in Hartcliffe BS13

We have a double drive at the front of the house and a fully enclosed rear garden mainly lawn with a nice sized patio area and a storage shed.

Upon entry to the house you come into a small hallway with a downstairs toilet, the hall then leads into a nice sized L-shaped lounge at the front of the house.

We have a very large kitchen/diner that leads into a medium sized garden with side access via a fully secured gate.

Upstairs we have 2 large rooms and 1 smaller room.

Bathroom with bath/power shower, wc and sink.

The house is situated on Fulford Road and is owned by Knightstone Housing Association.

The house has been fitted with full security alarm system to a very high standard.

We are looking to move to a 3 bed house only in the areas of Hartcliffe, Teyfant, Whitchurch only may consider areas surrounding.

Suitable for wheel chair users as the doors and stairs are very wide.

ive got a three bedroomed house in shrewsbury 15 mins walk to town 5 min in the car local buses that run every 10 minutes lovely victorian town we have three bedrooms the back room is a medium sized room the front bedroom is the biggest room and then there is a small sized front bedroom aswell we also have a large garden with two brick sheds and a small wendy house at the top of the garden we have one bathroom upstairs with a bath and sinks a medium sized living room and a big kitchen that has just had a brand new kitchen fitted it got finished today! we have a post office and a local newsagents around the corner also we have a retail park around the corner from the house with sports soccer, argos, next, currys, comet, sainsburys,Mcdonalds, pizza hut and pets at home and also toys r us. We have a park and ride by the retail park that costs £1 return each anyway if you are interested email me back and then we will go from there cheers Clare.

sorry wrong area need to stay in hartcliffe due to children's school and family, has my nan has just been told she got cancer for the second time and need to be close to mum for support. Smile
