I have a 3rd floor (of 4 floors) 1 bed flat in Victorian building on a quiet road 2 mins walk to Elephant & Castle tube station. Newly fitted kitchen, wooden floors throughout, new bathroom and neutral decor, sash windows. Private residents parking at the back of the building. Within congestion charging zone therefore 90% discount applicable. This is a lovely old building with lots of character in a quiet but Central location.
