Downstairs- entrance hall, Living room, separate dining room both laminated flooring, kitchen newly fitted and newly laid ceramic dark grey tiles, back door leads onto a yard/ patio area, 1 very large brick shed/workshop and 1 smaller brick shed, approx 100 foot long grass garden, at the top is a fenced off children’s area, all bark chipped, and has a 2 storey wooden play house!! Meole Brace Infants School which has a nursery and joined to it is the Junior School Both excellent Schools and have outstanding reports!!
Then a little further is the Meole Brace Secondry School (science) and Priory School, Again excellent Schools (I went to Meole)

You really don’t need to drive to live here!!
Need to be closer to family!!
