Delightful 3 bedroom, end of 6 staggered terrace. The front of the house faces directly onto a large green area, home to variety of wildlife. We are in a cul-de-sac so no through traffic. Development of only 22 houses, non-estate. The house is well decorated with large slightly L-shaped lounge, with Pine fitted units in .kitchen/diner (16ft3 X 9ft3). Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, the second of which, has built in wardrobes, 3rd is a single bedroom (8ft 3 X 7ft 2) which, has a huge cupboard next to it on the landing that can be used as additional wardrobe/storage for the room. We require 3 bed house/bungalow in WINCHESTER, DEVIZES,etc but willing to consider any areas if within a couple of miles of riding school/ stables and bus ride to a COLLEGE at least semi rural.
