 Hello!
We have a Flat in Kennington South East London. We live near Kennington tube station only 5mins to central london. Local bus routes connect with all of London also.
We are very central, but just outside of the congestion Zone.
Kennington Park is down the Road and there are several schools locally and a nursery just beside where we live, if needed.
There is on street parking for residents which you would need to buy a residents parking permit.
We have one double bedroom and one generous single bedroom, Hall with storage cuboard, kitchen, bathroom, large living room. Have Central heating and Double glazed windows.
Our family is extending and we now need another bedroom for our new addition! Willing to take anywhere outside of London, at about an hour's drive out.
Interested in Kent, Essex, Surrey (anywhere!) anyone that wants to make me a genuine offer for a swap for our 2 bedroom flat for a 3 bedroom house/garage/garden..if possible :0)
