3 bed in towyn, nr rhyl

Hi

We are currently in Towyn, near Rhyl. We have a lovely 3 bed terrace which has a small front garden, adequate back garden, drive, double glazing and gas central heating. The front garden is walled, the back has a wall half way then interwoven fencing, with a wall across the back with the gate in. There are additional parking spaces to the rear of the house.

The bedrooms comprise of 2 double and a single.

bathroom and toilet are together, upstairs.

Kitchen is quite large, its more like a kithen diner. We have all our appliances with an extra freezer and a dining table in there and there's still loads of room.

There is a decent size cupboard under the stairs, a adequate size airing cupboard and there is also a built in shed at the front next to the door. There is also a built in wardrobe in the single room. There are some pics on homeswapper and here is the link:

There are ameneties close by, bus stop at the top of the road with buses running every 10 minutes. The beach is a 2 minute walk and we have a lovely park, there's ducks and swans in the pond which our little girl loves feeding. There 2 primary scools not far, 1 being a 10 minute walk, the other a 2 minute drive. High schools and colleges also in the area.

Within the local area there are 4 major supermarkets and a couple of the smaller ones.

There are train stations 5 minutes either way, in Rhyl or pensarn/abergele.

We are looking to move to any of the following:
Kinmel Bay,
Rhyl.

We would consider looking at some other smaller villages and we welcome any ideas, can't move too far from the area due to personal reasons. Will accept any housing association or council swap
