We have 4 large bedrooms, two sep loo's, wet room (no bath) just recently done with new shower etc. We have a new driveway a nice size front garden and average back garden, it has a patio and we have a large trampoline so it does us!
The house was in a bad way and we have only lived here 18 months, we have fitted a solid oak kitchen which fits nicely into 23ft kitchen/diner, the front room is cosy, and we have fitted new carpets and decorated downstairs, the hallway/landing still needs doing but the bedrooms are all stripped of many layers of wallpaper and ready to be finished, we have done our middle daughters room and it is carpeted etc. I should have taken before and after pictures!! we have spent a lot of money so far and we love our home, the only reason for moving is my partner is disabled and we live on a hill. It is a lovely double fronted house and always bright and sunny, I have a bench in front garden to look at the sea which is a 10 min walk (5 if your really fit!!) We have lovely coastal walks on the cliffs and fort etc and the downs are 5 mins in opposite direction.
The senior school is on our doorstep and the others are 5/10 mins walk, all travel routes are nearby and the town is 10-15 min walk. It is non estate but you can see our home is a traditional 1940's council home, the neighbours are fantastic and I have very many good friends here.
We will consider anywhere in East Sussex, no flats/maisonettes or large towns/cities, we would prefer rural and would also consider out of East Sussex but not too far.... We ideally need a 4 bed but will consider large 3 beds. Would also prefer to stay in a council property but will also look at h/a
