i live in portsmouth would like kent or london

I live in portsmouth in a 3 bedroom maisonette with balcony on the 3rd floor.there are lifts and stair ways. I have been allocated a shed on the ground foor, secured at night and weekend can get access on weekend if required. There is parking for residents, visitors and also disabled parking.
To the back of the building is a play area with park, football and basketball net area. There is a hall where you can hire for party and club for the childern.

- 10 min walk to town
- bus routies
-5 min walk to doctors and pharmacy
- local shop
- local schools
-15 min walk to asda
-commuity cafe
- 20 min walk to sea front.
Im looking for a 3 bedroom house in kent but would consider a flat, maisonette in kent if it on the first floor with garden also would consider a 2 bed room if the rooms are big
