5 bed Leicester need 3/4+ bed Lincolnshire or coastal

Hi,

I have a massive 5 bed in the LE3 1 area of Leicester.

Large kitchen (really is massive would easily fit a centre island in).
Downstairs toilet with shower.
Dining room
Living room

Upstairs - 4 large bedrooms 1 smaller room.
Bathroom with toilet and bath.
Landing - gallery landing( lovely and open with window bringing in loads of light)

Front and back garden
Own driveway.

Infant/Junior school 2 minute walk away
Senior school.... 3 different schools close by.

Close to leisure centre.... on lots of bus routes..... 10 minute drive to M1 motorway.

Not got any pictures or measurements yet but will get some done asap.

We would love to move Lincolnshire way. We would love a 4 bed but would consider downsizing to a 3 bed if it was large enough (need to have dining room or a garage we could convert to 4th bedroom) in the right area........ would consider anywhere coastal - Folkestone, Margate, Dover, just ask.
