Hi

I have a 3 bedroom house in Grimsby, near to schools, colleges, bus routes, shops and swimming pool. I am near to the village of scartho. Town center is about 25 minute walk away but there are also several buses that will take you there. Close to countryside and open spaces and two wooded areas for walks, picnics etc (Dixon wood and Bradley wood) Literally two minutes walk from my house is a children fun center with soft play, amusements and laser quest which costs £2.50 for a two hour session but everything inside is free. They also have serve food and have bingo nights for adults (children can play in the play area) We are never disturbed it being there and my older two love it there.

The house has 3 bedrooms (2 double and a single) and a large bathroom upstairs and diningroom, livingroom, kitchen and toilet downstairs. There are also two walk in cupboards downstairs for storage etc. We use one as a larder and one for coats, shoes and tools. Garden is large, approx 50 x 20 ft and is due to have some work done on it in April. Fenced all round and has side access vis a lockable gated alleyway. Garden is mostly grass with a small patio area and flower beds. front garden has a grassed area with more flower beds and own driveway with gates. Neighbours are nice. On one side we very rarely even see them and the other side is a couple and young child who are also very quiet. Hallway has brand new soild pine door frames and skirting board and understairs space. Livingroom has been recently painted and house had a new boiler and radiators fitted in October 2007. Diningroom was decorated in 2007 and has a new electric fire and fireplace. The fire is idea for young children as it doesn't actually get hot it'self but it warms the room up very quickly. Two alcoves in the diningroom can be used for shelving or storage. Kitchen is quite small but fits in a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer as well as the cupboards. Someone else may fit in more too as I have a range sized cooker which takes up more space than a standard one.

Diningroom and livingroom have laminate flooring. Kitchen has vinyl tiles that look like mosaic. The walls in the downstairs toilet have pine wainscott panelling3/4 of the way up and the rest is painted. We are due to have a shower fitted in the next month or so upstairs. Front bedroom walls are white textured wall paper that can be painted and has new laminate flooring. Larger back bedroom is painted yellow and has some built in storage and hanging space. Smallest bedroom needs papering or painting but has new laminate flooring. Heating is gas and we have double glazing. House has Right to buy and is about 20 minutes drive to the beach at Cleethorpes or about 45 minutes by bus.

There is nothing wrong with the house or area, I only want to leave for personal reasons. Am looking for Haslemere or close by (Hampshire)
No cities or very busy places though and would love somewhere semi rural or even rural.
Must have 3 bedrooms and a fair sized garden and either separate dining and living rooms or a living room and kitchen big enough for a dining table and pc. Condition of decorating/garden etc not important.
